Twenty-two years experience in the fields of commercial construction, project management and development. Highly skilled in all aspects of project management, including planning, scheduling, contract negotiation, budget preparation, safety compliance, problem solving and quality control, with strong project documentation skills. An avid outdoorsmen and automobile enthusiast, Chris brings experience and a little bit of charm as our Director of Operations.

Bryan Madison, REAC Inspector and Trainer
Strong history of collaborating with public housing authorities for REAC support and consulting. Provide consulting advice before, during, and after inspections and supply accurate photo documentation.

SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS

• During Katrina and other natural disasters, Bryan functioned as a FEMA Disaster Housing Inspector.


• Bryan has experience documenting property conditions with field computers and cameras.


• Documenting conditions with forensic camera and computers, Bryan has completed over 2000 inspections.
